Why We Serve

We strive not only to serve our clients, but those in our community through volunteer opportunities.

We started our charitable service 20 years ago supporting the efforts of Infant Crisis Services (ICS). ICS focuses on feeding the tiniest mouths in need through compassion, kindness, respect, and love. Morgan later served on their teen board to support their three pronged approach to rescue, feed, and connect.

Our current call to service is personally feeding the homeless every week. We are on track to feed over 2,000 community members a year. Our goal as we increase our closed transactions per year, is to exponentially expand our ability to serve in this manner. We plan to partner with The Curbside Chronicle through the Homeless Alliance to increase the impact of our mission.

Every time you buy or sell your home through the Real Estate Lab, you feed the homeless.

Every day we we have the opportunity to work for you, our clients and agents. More than that we seek out various ways to support our community. Over the past few years we have served thousands of meals to the homeless in our community. Connecting our agents to a charity of their choice or to the homeless outreach we support, is a key component of our team.
